Tired of jobs that go nowhere? Come grow with us.

At Golden Mobile Detailing, we're a young, fast-growing auto detailing company serving Appleton, Green Bay, and the whole Fox Valley. We're building our team right now, and the people who get in early are the ones who grow with us into leadership roles as we expand.

We're not looking for a resume packed with experience. We're looking for hard workers who take pride in what they do. If that's you, we'll teach you everything else.

No experience? Perfect. We'll train you (and pay you while we do it).

Our training program takes you from zero to a fully skilled detailer in 5 weeks or less:

Weeks 1 to 3: Master a complete full detail, inside and out
Weeks 4 to 5: Learn paint polishing and ceramic coatings, the high-end skills most detailers never get trained on

Training is skill-based, so the faster you learn, the faster you get signed off and start earning more.

What you'll earn

$15/hour while you train
$20/hour once fully trained
5% commission on every add-on service you sell
5% commission on the first payment of every maintenance plan you sign customers up for
Tips on top of your pay. Great work gets rewarded.
Paid every Friday. No waiting two weeks for your money.

Your hourly rate is the floor, not the ceiling. The better you treat customers and the more you sell, the more you take home.

Real room to grow (this is the big one)

We're a new company with big plans, including growing our team and expanding into new locations. That means real leadership roles are opening up, and we want to fill them from within. Start as a technician, and you could grow into:

Lead Technician
Shop Manager
Leading a team at one of our future locations

At a big company, you're a number. Here, you work directly with the owner, your ideas get heard, and your hard work gets noticed.

Why our team likes working here

Indoor shop with a vehicle lift in Kaukauna, so you're not freezing in a driveway all winter
Team dinners and rewards when we hit our goals together
A team that has your back and a culture built on doing great work
Work you can be proud of. You'll see a jaw-dropping before and after every single day.

What you'll do

Perform full interior and exterior details on customer vehicles
Learn and perform paint polishing and ceramic coatings
Walk customers through their vehicle and recommend services that fit their needs
Quality-check every job so every car leaves looking its best
Keep the shop and equipment clean and organized
Work mobile jobs at customers' homes during the warmer months

You'll fit right in if you...

Show up on time and work hard, even when no one's watching
Take pride in the details (literally)
Are friendly with customers and coachable
Want more than a paycheck. You want to build something.

To be upfront: this job isn't for everyone. If you're looking to coast, we're not the right fit. If you want to work hard and grow fast, we'd love to meet you.

Requirements

18 years or older
Reliable transportation to our Kaukauna shop
Available for a full-time schedule (we operate Monday through Saturday)

Ready to get started?

Applying only takes a couple of minutes. If it looks like a fit, we'll reach out for a quick 5-minute phone call, then invite you in to meet the team and see the shop.

We're only bringing on a few people, and the ones who start now will be first in line for the leadership roles we're creating. Hit Apply today.
